Our Environmental Centre has been described as one of the great settings to hold your conference, presentation, or workshop. There are two varying sized rooms that can accommodate these functions, depending on its size.


This is a spacious and beautifully situated room overlooking the mountains and surrounding scenery. The room opens up onto a curved verandah, allowing guests to spill out for the purposes of tea, refreshments, finger lunches, braais and private dinners.
Details:
• For workshops and presentations this room accommodates 120 people in a cinema-style seating arrangement.
• For conferences, the room seats a maximum of 40 people in a school-room or U-shaped configuration.
• Refreshments and tea provided for conferences.
• Equipment provided: Fixed data projector, large drop-down screen, and a Home Theatre system for video, DVD, CD or TV. This includes laptop connectivity. Also offered are a flipchart, lapel microphones, stand-alone microphones and a podium.
• Wireless Internet available.


This smaller room commands an air of sophistication and exclusivity. Everything from the furniture through to the accessories is beautifully appointed.

• Accommodates a maximum of 20 people seated board-room style.
• Equipment provided: Drop-down screen, dry white board, flipchart.
• No data projector. (Available at an extra cost)
• No laptop connectivity.
• Wireless Internet available.
