Single Supplement: 50% of Adult Sharing Rate

Children sharing with 2 Adults:

• 3 - 6 years = 25% of Adult Rate;
• 7 - 12 years = 50% of Adult Rate;
• 13 and over = Full Adult Rate

Hotel Rooms

The rates quoted include lunch, dinner, accommodation, breakfast and morning/afternoon tea and coffee.

STD = STANDARD ROOM - Comfortably appointed, bath & shower, and most with a patio and view of the mountains.
DEL = DELUXE ROOM - newly built, spacious, luxuriously appointed, bath & shower, private patio and most have spectacular view of the mountains.
DELFAM = DELUXE FAMILY SUITE - double storey consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with shower & bath and the other either bath or shower, luxuriously appointed and with partial mountain view. Two of these rooms have wheelchair access.
SUITES - Mountain facing, overlooking our trout dams. Two bedrooms, open-plan lounge/dining room/kitchen, open fireplace, two bedrooms, two bathrooms with spa bath and shower.  Private patio.  Can be booked on a catered or self-catering basis.

All rooms are equipped with DSTV, telephones, safes and have tea/coffee-making facilities and are non-smoking.

Self-catering Chalets

The rates quoted are for the chalet per night for a maximum of 6 people. No meals are included. R300 per person surcharge (irrespective of age) is applicable should more than 6 people be accommodated in a chalet. This is by special arrangement only. Please note that crockery, cutlery, furnishings etc are only provided for 6 people.

The self-catering chalets consist of a lounge/dining-room/kitchen, two bedrooms downstairs with two bathrooms and an open-plan loft with private dressing room and shower/toilet. The lounge has an open-fireplace while the private patio, overlooking the magnificent ChampagneCastle, has a gas Weber braai, table and chairs. The chalets are fully equipped, have limited DSTV and are serviced daily. Non-smoking.

Restaurant Bookings:
As we have very limited space available in our restaurant, reservations are subject to availability on the day.

Minimum Stay and Minimum Rate

Minimum Rate:
A minimum rate of DOUBLE occupancy will be charged for all weekends, long weekends, In-Season and December periods

Weekends:
Minimum stay of Fri and Sat night. Should we accept a reservation for a Thurs/ Fri or Sat/Sun night only, weekend rates will be applicable for both nights.

Christmas:
Minimum stay of 5 nights between 24 December 2012 and 1 January 2013.  Surcharge of R130 per person applicable to 24/12/2012 and 31/12/12.

In-season rates applicable:
5th, 6th, 7th, 8th April 2012 (minimum stay of 3 nights which must include these dates)
26th, 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th April & 1st May 2012 (minimum stay of 4 nights which include these dates)
9th, 10th, 11th August 2012 (minimum stay of 3 nights which must include these dates)
21st, 22nd, 23rd September 2012 (minimum stay of 3 nights)
14th, 15th, 16th December 2012 (minimum stay of 3 nights which must include these dates)

Over 60’s Special

This applies to all persons over 60 but we respectfully remind you that proof of age is required of our records. They apply to the period from 14h00 on Sunday to 10h00 on Friday. In-season periods, weekends and long weekends are axcluded. No minimum stay is required. Please note that these rates are only available at the time of making the reservation. These rates are not discountable nor commissionable.
